Data Protector Express Single Server Error 4054: Not in database

Hi, I use HP StorageWorks DAT 160 + HP Proliant MicroServer + OS.RedHat Enterpise Linux 5.5 terminal version(without X)and when backUP runs will give the Error 4054: Not in Database... how fix this?

Data Protector Express has encountered a media in the device that is not in the database. The media contains a valid format, but is not in the database. Please use a media in the database or import this media before attempting this operation.

was checked the tape drive -> Library and Tape Tools

Looks like you need to either format or quick erase the tape, or, if the tape has valid and needed data on it, run an import so that Data Protector Express knows what is there.
