Hello,
UsbDat72 (DW027A) external and Win2K SP4
I was obliged to install the version 3.10 Sp4 because the version 3.5 sp1 delivered with my Dat72 Usb do not recognize it under Win2k Sp4, but the n° of licence is not valid any more. How can I obtain a valid key for the version 3.10 sp4?

Insert the CD with Version 3.5 and find the registration form. It is a PDF file in the DOC folder. Instead of registering online call the local registration number indicated on the form and ask them for a Version 3.1 SP4 key.

I took your advice and I requested a n?? licence 3.1 sp4 from the support. In DPSSE I removed licence 3.5 and added the news without problem, but the application says to me that no basic licence is installed. Why? Thank you for your assistance.

Didier,

The license key you used translates into a license for one of the product options rather than for SSE.
