Dataprotector 5.5 can't see backup objects on tape

I'm running Dataprotector 5.5 on Solaris 9 with the MS Exchange plug-in. I've been using it for about two weeks with no problems but now I have a media issue. The backups work, but if I look at the tape in the GUI or try to get session info from the Internal Database, I get the "12:1012 Cannot access the file" error. All of my other backup specs still work fine and can be browsed.

Anyone have any idea what file is missing or was corrupted?
