default password for EML 103e series library

Dears,

anybody know default password of EML 103e series library to open serice operation

actually there is two password one for admin which will be balnk at first time like that what might be password to service option

Siva,

The Service paasword is for HP authorized service personnel. There is very little additional functionality provided that users does not have access to with their normal password. What we provide under the service option are a few functions we do not want a user to normally perform.
The journey IS the reward.
