Do not create virtual ports on FC HBA Adapter HPAK344A
Hello colleagues! We are trying to connect the HP StoreEver 1/8 G2 FC to a virtual server with virtual Fibre Channel Adapter on Hyper-V . But we get the error "Virtual port creation filed with a NPIV error". Through QCOnvergeConsole, we also get the error "Unable to create VPort".
Hyper-V HOST on Windows Server 2016 STD
HBA Adapter driver version 9.3.3.20
Maybe someone has encountered such an error and knows the solution?

Re: Do not create virtual ports on FC HBA Adapter HPAK344A
@gerasimovm, Does your AK344A Qlogic HBA have NPIV enabled? It will need to be enabled to allow NPIV virtualization.
