documentation about Dat HP C1537A

Hi...I search technical documentation about HP C1537A DAT.
It's crazy...Impossible to find something !!
In fact my product(C1537-00485 Compaq) is second hand and there is no technical web site about it...? Is it legal ..?
It's the first time I see such a situation...!

Look under HP support, storage, tape storage, DAT tape drives.

Pick your specific DAT24 model (e.g. StorageWorks if it was from Compaq).

You can then find all the manuals, FAQs, firmware, etc.

For the StorageWorks DAT24, you would end up here:

Le, I think you are trying to search for the product family number (C1537A), and not the actual product number. The C1537-00485 is an internal part number. If you enter "C1537" into HP partsurfer, it says:

Many drives use an Identification String of 'C1537A' - Please examine the drive to determine the True Model Number

For example, C1555D is a Storageworks DAT 24i. If you enter that into the search under support, it will find the product. As I mentioned before, you can also navigate to the product using the product hierarchy and the model name.
