Drivers for LTO-7 ultrium external tape drive

Hi,

Please help:

LTO-7 Ultrium 15000 external tape drive physically connected to a Ms windows 2008 R2 HP Proliant Server.

Device manager tree is showing in the list of Other Devices:

! Base system device   -------- exclamation mark

? HP Ultrium 7-scsi scsi sequential device ------------ question mark

! PMI interface -------- exclamation mark

Any attempt to locate the drivers online through device properties, failed.

Please can you help with the link to get the drivers
