DW027A with Data Protector Express single Server Edition

get this error code on Server, when try to open Software:

C19(0x3fbmeldung: ungültiger Kontoknoten)

more inform. needed? which ones??

HP USB DAT72 Streamer;

Windows Server 2003 Standard R2 as OS;

HP DATA PROTECTOR EXPRESS single Server Edition

SO I'm goping to have to make some assumptions here.

1. You successfully installed the USB DAT driver (you can see the DAT drive as a tape device in the Windows Device Manager list)

2. You also successfully installed the Data Protector Express software.

If both of those are true, there may be a problem caused by diffenences in the language files. Make sure the same language choice was used for the DP Express install as Windows is currently running.

If either this isn't the case you will need to call the support phone line listed in your DAT drive documentaition and they will be able to investigate other possibilities.

Yes we did...

first, we had install the dat72 usb driver.
second, we create a key.
third, we had install the software.

German OS, German Data Protector Express

everything seems OK

1. the Data Protector Service... services.msc starting with lag and error code, but the software works ok. update the software, everything seems ok for now.

2. error code C19...?? 0x3fb .... . don't know what does it means...

I don't know what the error means. I've sent it off to the R&D lab for an answer but haven't heard anything yet.

If I understand you are now running Service Pack 4 and eerything is OK except this error when the service starts. Correct?
