EML tape library

Dear All

I have EML tape library with the following problem:
the carrier of the load door in the base unit from the up side is broken, the door it self is ok, the upper carrier of the door is plastic and metal with spring and it has no spare part number can any one advice how can I order this part taking into consideration I read all the service manuals and it is not mentioned any where

Thx for your help but these links I checked before. I succeeded to get the SPN from one of the internal courses and this is the only place I found something related to this small part which is combined in another part but I need to be sure by photo or clear explanation that I am right

The part is combined within 375822-001 or 409865-001

The part you mentioned is located at the front of the base module behind the center door and load port door.

Either one of the parts, 375822-001 or 409865-001, can be used but 373822-001 can only be used in a EML library with product number AG104A.
