Error 03520070
Magazine with DDS4 tapes was loaded to our DAT auto loader drive accidentally. Naturally, tapes were rejected, but since that day we have constant problems with DDS3 tapes. Backup stops with error 03520070 on random tape. Only power off/on restores device functionality. I suspect tape type recognition sensor damage caused by inserting wrong media.
My question is: how big is probability of my suspicion and what else could cause such sudden device malfunction?
Thanks in advance,
Aurimas Burauskas
