error 1400 alert wrong media
am running data protector express 3.50,am getting this alert 1400 wrong media when i put tape. please advice.

This could be one of several problems based on your configuration, what devices you have defined, whether this is the result of a schudled job or just directly running a job.
I suggest you contact your local country HP support and they can help talk through the problem and the possible solution.
