Error 64 in surestorageTape 12000e Autoloader

I installed a HP 12000e DDS/2 Autoloader and ocurred a error 64 ! What is the code 64?

I need the manual or service guide for this machine, Where can I found it?

Danilo,
check with http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg50043.html and http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg51173.html . Somehow you should get magazine ejected and inspect all tapes to be not damaged and labels applied correctly
