Error message after DP patch updating

Get this error message when i Enter the DP manager after i have patch updated my DP server.

Cannot reach the CRS on the Cell Manager system.
CRS on the Cell Manager host is not reachable or is not up and running.

Have updated with these patches:

Thanks for showing me the right forum.
Problem solved with support from HP support.

Had to downgrade patches since I use the OB2PORTRANGE specification in the omni.rc config file (DMZ servers in backup)
