Errors, any answer to this problem?
The Ultrium tape unit backs up some of the servers, and some it doesn't. The tapes are good, everything is in control, even HP is unable to give me a good answer, does anyone know what is happening here? We are using Data Protector.
Any insight into this is helpful.
Here is some more info on the Library Unit.

Product Network Storage Router

Re: Errors, any answer to this problem?
Hello,
Timeout waiting for the devices to get free
tells you that there are no free drives available!
So is the drive used by another process, maybe old zombie processes?
Kill all DP processes on Cell server and clients, restart the services and try again.
How is your sheduling configured?
Are there running more sheduled backups at the same time?
greets Martin
