ESL 712 library relocation - do they twist?

I have two ESL 712 libraries and want to move them from their current location to a computer room which has a false floor. Access is restricted in that there is no ramp, nor place to build a gentle one. I need to get these libraries up a 12 inch step in a confined area. Had thought to "rock them up on jacks" - but am worried about distorting the cabinets and ending up with non-working mechanics. Anyone have any thoughts?

when you got the libraries, they where locked with some components and bars, these locking systems should be put back in place so you can avoid any distorsion and or problem with picker. These locking parts are red colored and most of them are usualy stocked inside the library for future uses.
