ESL problem

Hi,

 

I have 2 else-712, the master display doesn’t work, show me estrange caracters  on it,  I replace the display for the slave and same behavior.
Also 12 drive on master don’t turn on and robot don’t move, even command view doesn’t respond.

Someone see this behavior? I think the controller cabinet die, the problem is I don’t have contract and can’t call for support.

You can only narrow down this step by step - check each component if it works and if you see some indicators of an error - start with the IM - use a serial connection.
