External DLT 40/80 not detected during post

Hi!

DLT Tape Drive & SCSI Cable was replaced with new one. For the first time that I install the drive with new cable, it didn’t detect. We have refreshed the connection to drive and server (SCSI Cable end to end and SCSI terminator), luckily, the drive was detected during post but when I try to run ntbackup or even veritas, the drive was identified as offline, also I receive event id 9:
