fail to backup the files to the tape

install the Windows 2008 R2 and the latest driver,I chose a file about more than 10GB to backup to the tape with the tool(Data Protector Express 4.00), but it showed "selected:0 objects" and error "Error 2: End of data ", Who experience this and how to deal with this problem? i have here the same problem:

Windows 2008 R2 64bit with DPE 4.0 SP1
System Backup to Tape or Drive

"selected:0 object" : :-(
Error 2: End of data

No File has backupd ...

The same works on a SBS2003 32bit server.

When i testwise install the DPE3.5 Version on the 64bit System then it works fine.
(with the Testlicense)

I have the same problem, on another thread I have found that is a compatibility problem with win2008r2.

I have not found any update from hp, yet.
