Fault code 100F (soft) on MSL6060

I got the error: "Fault code 100F (soft). SCSI continuous resets detected. Verify that the
Library SCSI bus properly terminated".
But Terminator was installed properly and it is new library. It is work correctly about two weeks (ever night was full backup). What reason?
