firmware autoloader 1/8 blocked

hi,

I would like to download autoloader firmware here:

But impossible, I do not understand why it is blocked, when I bought this backup robot. The support is unable to provide it to me, and constantly asks see with your supplier.
How can I download it just to allow me to update it ?

I would suggest you have a check whether if the unit's warranty or contract is valid or whether if it needs any upgrade for Tape Library Firmware. download.

Hence I request you to get in touch with the HPE Tech support log a case, So that they would suggest which firmware is actually required currently and also to know on how go about downloading it.
