Firmware update process failed,tape Library stuck at drive FW update...

Hello,

 

I have tried to diagnose the tape drive with HP Tape Library and Tape Tool so it is showing older firmware error.

I have tried to update the firmware but while updating it gets failed and now tape libraries all functions are stucked.

 

Please help urgently..

What model tape library do you have?  What were the old and new FW versions?
