Hardware Error

I recieved this message " The backup device reported an unrecoverable hardware error. Please insert another media to continue". Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I would recommend you run the HP Library & Tape Tools utility with afresh tape. I would recommend you insert a cleaning tape first.
