HE: sled position not found
Has anyone seen the below error before ?
This error has come up on a remote Tape library which seems to be an issue with the robot can't reboot or get support ticket to analys ,so I am more wondering if anyone has seen this before and if it can be repaired ?

You indicate that the library can't be rebooted - that suggests that the library controller may have encountered a software error. Have you tried pulling the power cable then plugging it back in to force a hard reset?
This specific error code has been known to be caused by software errors.
