Help Error LTO-5 SCSI Ultrium 3280
Buenas Comunidad,
Comentarle que hace tiempo compré una unidad Ultrium 3280 en 2017. Desde entonces, ha funcionado perfectamente Utilizando el Programa LTFS Configuración(Tape Driver HUJ4331D5U)
Ahora hace días comenzó a tener unos problema:
1.- Comenzó a Copiar mas lento los datos hacia la cinta LTO.
2.- Cuando esta copiando los datos a la Cinta LTO, la unidad se desmontaba y se pierde, dando un error que se tenia que "Crear asignación" nuevamente. luego me indicaba que tenia que chequear/ reparar la LTO
3.- Ahora cuando ingreso la cinta LTO directamente me sale este Error (DeLoadUnload: load operation failed - error code 0x45D)
Creo que podría deberse a que el firmware actual (X64D/Standalone) debe actualizarse.
Creo que debe ser alguna falla del equipo?,
Creo que debeser la tarjeta de PSI : SAS9207-4i4e H3-25434-00H?
He buscado en el sitio web de HPE y he encontrado que hay una actualización de firmware, pero no puedo descargarla porque está bloqueada por que tengo que ingresar en "Contrato y Garantias" todo los dato , los cuales no tengo por que soy el cliente final.
igual intente colocar los poco datos que me indica y sale un error que no se encuentra en su lista.

Let me tell you that some time ago I bought an Ultrium 3280 drive in 2017. Since then, it has worked perfectly Using the LTFS Configuration Program (Tape Driver HUJ4331D5U)
Now a few days ago he started having some problems:
1.- It began to copy the data to the LTO tape slower.
2.- When you are copying the data to the LTO Tape, the drive was unmounted and lost, giving an error that you had to "Create Mapping" again. then it told me that I had to check/repair the LTO
3.- Now when I insert the LTO tape directly I get this Error (DeLoadUnload: load operation failed - error code 0x45D)
I think it could be because the current firmware (X64D/Standalone) needs to be updated.

I have searched the HPE website and I have found that there is a firmware update, but I cannot download it because it is blocked because I have to enter all the data in "Contract and Guarantees", which I do not have because I am the final client. .

The error indicates more like a cleaning issue. Did you ever use a cleaning tape on the drive ? If yes, how many times was it used ? If not, try using a cleaning media and test the access again ?

Device warranty Expired as on 2017-11-14. Warranty case cannot be raised.
I have downloaded the FW file and can share the same. Please provide me with a FTP link to upload the file.

Please let me know if you still need assistance with this post ? If so, please share the FTP link so i can upload the FW file. Or use the HPE LTT SW to perform the upgrade. Make sure the backup SW services are stopped before running the tool.

Buenas.
Te comento que ya intente usar la cinta de Limpieza reiterada vecez y no soluciona.
en panel de los led. no marca ningun tipo de error, cuando ocurre el problema. solamente se desconecta la unidad y posperior ya no da.

Le comento que lo actualize el firmware que me pasaste.
ya no me da error al abrir el programa LTFS Configuracion.
pero me sale el siguiente error al crear una asignacion(unidad).

al momento de ingresar una cinta utilizada se desmonta la unidad dando lo siguiente errores: https://ibb.co/vj288st
Pero si coloco una nueva cinta: me alumbra 4 Leds que significa lo sigueinte:

Hello,
I have not seen this error before. Did you try to un-map and remap the drive and test again ? Did you try a diff tape and test ? Try a new tape and start by copying the files and check the access.
