How to find tape media name of HP C5718A in Windows XP

Hi, I have a HP DDS-4 C5718A 40GB tape for taking my system's backup (OS is WIN XP). I took a backup of my system using a media name. I forgot that media name now. Is there a way i can get the media name now?

Have you tried the tool TapeAnalyser.exe in data_prod_home\bin\utilns?
