HP C1533 DDS2 produces Record-Errors after XP2 Update

Hello!

I have a HP C1533 DDS2 who worked fine in my system.
Last Week I had some problems and I updated my XP from SP1 to SP2.
Since this the 1533 produces Record-Errors.

But, if I install the 1533 into another Computer (and it is XPSP2 same), it works fine same before.
I think, that there is a software/driver problem.
Does anybody have an idea?
