HP Colorado 5gb external - Drivers

Having problems restoring or backing up. One thing I noticed is that in the Systems - Device Manager, the Tape properties states that "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device."

Is this correct? Should there be driver files listed? I was wondering if this is the problem I'm having.

Can you list the contents of the tape?
tar -tv /dev/rmt/(0m) tape device

Just to be sure that Tape Drive and Tape Cartrige are working properly or the tape has the backup files inside.

I can get a list of what's on the cartridge, but after that, when trying to either backup or restore, I have problems, get. error messages.

My Win ME control-panel/system under SCSI-controllers shows this driver for my colorado 5 gb external:

C:\windows\systems\iosubsys\epatap9x.mpd

Have installed CBII 9.1 from hp download.
