HP Colorado Backup Travan 20 Gbe tape External Drive

It seems that I cannot get any telephone support anymore.
I have a continuing error Ref: 05-oE-23-01-0524
Error: The backup device reported an unexpected error.
I cannot read, erase, identify, initilize a tape. It has been happening on all our backups for over a week now. I do not know how to correct this or even what is wrong. Please help.

Could bob post the link for error codes again? I've repeatedly attempted to restore from a series of different tapes and get the error message: File not found on media error reading from storage device

I have exactly the same problem. Has this been resolved or could somebody point me to the list of error messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
