How can i read the information on my data cartridge HP DAT 72?

That's a pretty vague question:
1. You can look at the label and see what it says on it ;-)
2. Alternatively You could use your backup software to catalog the tape then look at the contents in the catalog. For most software you will need to be using the same software as was used to create the backup on the tape, otherwise it won't read it.
How you do tha above depends on the software you are using!
