HP LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 Support
Hello,
I need help with this drive that I bought second-hand.
HP Library and Tape Tools say that the drive is in perfect shape, but that's all about it. I can't update the firmware (current version Z64D), nor I can assign a drive letter to use it as an LTFS drive. Maybe I need HPE StoreOpen for that purpose, but I am unable to find a download to check if it's true.
Thank you for your input.

Re: Query: HP LTO-5 Ultrium 3000 Support
Thank you for your response.
The first link is broken and the second I'm already familiar with. Is it possible to get a download link for HPE StoreOpen? Thank you in advance.
