HP LTO5 firmware - update failed, invalid token

I would like to update my LTO5 HP SCSI drive/ I got red warning in HPE Library and Tape Tools "please upgrade as soon as possible".

Current firmware is Z5AD and new one is Z6ED. I had generate token by HPE LaTT that moved me on HP website, I had paste that token but when I try to download I get error " Firmware download failed. Please enter the valit token." I had also tried with different firmware but it is the same. Is there a way to download Z6ED file?

Yes, you can download it here: Software Details | HPE Support

Copy the File it into the LT&T Firmwaredownload directory (I don't know exact Name, but you will find it).

The LT&T will then use this Firmware File.

I can not download it. I get info- "An active warranty or support agreement covering StoreEver must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this firmware." How can I download it?

You can only Download the Drive Firmware if the Drive has an active Support contract.

If you have active Support, add the Device on the Support Site to Products > My Products
