hp ltt tool do not work fully with my dat24/A1537C/A1556C

Hello,

my configuration is:

proliant ml 115 g5 amd athlon
adaptec scsi 29160LP/ultrawide scsi 160
hp surestore dat24
windows server 2008 w32

my problem is:

cannot test dat24 with ltt nor format,write or read a tape (dds3) with it.

Tried with third party tool: tapeware administrator with no success either...

Installation/configuration seems fine for dat24, ltt and tapeware administrator.

maybe it is a compatibility problem??
