Hp Surestore 40x6 TapeAlert message!

I am getting a TapeAlert message stating the following.

Warning
Changer for Device:
A hardware failure of the library is predicted.
Call your library supplier helpline.

I am working in Winnt server 4.0 sp 6a
with Veritas Backup Exec 8.5

This message has come up only when the tape drive is loading a tape.

What does this message mean?

Try using Library & Tape Tools for diagnosing your autoloader.
You can download it from http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/software/ltt_27_eng.exe.html.
Do device analysis on the autoloader and drive and generate a support ticket.
This should give you much more detailed information than tapealert.
