Recently we have obtained an autoloader hp surestore dat 40x6.

Model C5717C

Product Number C5717-613

Serial Number DE30727273

We have some problems related to the configuration of the autoloader.

Please, consider attached file.

Looks like you don't have LUN support enabled on the SCSI controller to start with. The Autoloader requires 1 SCSI ID and 2 LUNS. You can enable this in the BIOS of the HBA.
