But HP StorageWorks still detect my autoloader like single Tape Device. I cannot update firmware or change something.
Hope big guru can help :)

SolutionIf your HBA does not support LUN mode addressing (or it is disabled), then you will only see the drive (LUN 0).
As Lewis mentions, you may need to enable LUN mode addressing.

Note that most RAID controllers do NOT support SCSI LUN addressing, so you may need a different HBA.
Look at www.hp.com/go/connect to identify the supported HBAs for your DAT autoloader.
