HPE ESL G3 Power Supply Issue
Hi I'm working with a HPE ESL G3 Tape Library. I have 2x PSU Series 3 (3-04611-03) modules installed.
On checking via Tape Library LMC GUI Sensors status tab, the PSU 2 has the following status:
- Power Supply 2: Lib PS Mfg Unknown (While Power Supply 1 shows the proper model name i.e. Lib PS Mfg Eaton Part Number: 3-04611
- Power Supply 2 Cooling Fan: 0 rpm
- Power Supply 2 Frame 1 Volt Sensor: 0 V DC
- Power Supply 2 Frame 1 Temp: 0 deg C
While on physically verifying the LED status on the PSU-2 the fault LED is off and both fans are operational. The LMC has not generated any ticket for this event while the sensor status seems as if PSU 2 is Off.
Please provide guidance to troubleshoot further.

Re: HPE ESL G3 Power Supply Issue
Try performing a complete power cycle and check if the PSU error disappears. If not, we will need a support ticket from the library. Based on the analysis, we can provide an action plan. Please log a call with the device serial#. Collect all necessary log and provide us. Hope this helps.
