HPE LIbrary & Tape Tools 4.21 Support Issue
I am attempting to use Library & Tape Tools 4.21 on a Widows 7 Professional 64-bit system that has an HP StorageWorks DAT 160 USB drive attached.
When the utility starts it initializes and commences scanning for devices . It shows one device has been detected and then continues the scan for additional devices and straight away the Tool Status Screen pops up and wants to report an error.
I can't seem to get the utility to complete its initialization so that I can then run it..
