HPE StoreEver MSL2024 0-drive Tape Library

i have new HPE StoreEver MSL2024 0-drive Tape Library with HPE StoreEver MSL2024 0-drive Tape Library, i was triying first time initialization 

i have inserted three caritilages and i have conected management cable to management switch when i powered it up it sayes  Drive Broken Error code F3 50 ,  i have given it ip and pswd and loged in to RMI

can any one tell me how to fix it

the HPE StoreEver MSL2024 0-drive is delivered with No (0) Drive, if not buy additional.

Please check first if there is a Tape Drive included, like here in this Picture:
