IBM ultrium-TD4 on WinXP

Gents
We are experiencing some problems connecting our new IBM ultrium-TD4 (Tandberg LTO4) on a windows XP machine.

The drives we find on the net is only for windows 2003, 2000, 2008 or similar, nothing for windows xp.

SCSI-adapter: LSI Ultra320 scsi 2000 series.

Is it correct that windows XP does not work with this LTO tapedrive?
