L20 Hard Error

I've got troubles with L20.

During mount orange led is blinking then i get "Hard error Translate control system detected an over-voltage Failed move from storage slot 18 to drive 2"

Is it possible to correct this without calling to service?

is this error displayed only for this operation - slot 18 to drive 2? Try another slot, try another drive to see any pattern. The only thing can I recommend now is to check that changer path is clear and there're no problems with tape removal/insertion from/to slot 18

This thing happens not only with slot 18 and drive 2.

So check slot #18. What's different comparing to slot 19? Try inserting another tape into slot 18 to see if picker will take it without problems.
In addition check picker if it's experiencing any difficulties positioning in front of slot 18

Eugeny, I said that slot and drive number may change. This is not problem of slot 18 only.

sorry I skipped word NOT.
Then I think you should call service. In your case it's overvoltage (not overforce), so I believe it's not mechanical, but electronic issue
