L20/L40 library error.
the stordge library L20/L40 is connected to sun enterprise E250, and the backup software is Veritas Netbackup 4.5GA. I had stop netbackup on server . When i m power cycling the library its giving me the error:-
1) Failed to move after finding the translate home position, Plung servo failed to detect a hardstop.
2) failed rezero.
3) Code 66, qualifier 25. Sequence 145,106,101,52,53,144.
1)I tried by restoring the factory defaults also. but the same error.
2) By running the recalibrate test, but the same error.

That sounds like a non-HP branded library. Have you tried getting support from the specific vendor for your library?
The qualifier 25 means: Plunge control system failed to detect a hard-stop.
What firmware are you on?
If you are on recent firmware (1.52 for HP branded units), there is a "full sweep test" you can run 100 times to run-in the brushes and tracks that may resolve this issue.
