Libctrl task Error - HE: drive load timeout

I'm having some trouble with my tape library (HPE Command View 1/8 G2 Autoloader)

. It keeps marking the tape end during the backup job. I've tried using different media tapes and cleaning tapes, but nothing seems to work. Can you please help me with this issue? Here's the error code I'm getting:

This is an issue with the Drive module itself. Please log a call with the Library serial# and if this device is under warranty. The drive can be replaced.
