Low throughput
I run ML530/Novell 4.11/DLT 7000/Array cntrl./ArcServe 6.1 and have throughput about 100-200K. Checked cache and HW setup - each on their cntrl. Block size is 512 (default).

"Arcserve's documentation is scant, but one minor saving grace is their web site.
I just put in a 5.0 server with AS 6.6 and from what I found, Tapesrv.nlm is NOT to be used with Arcserve. they (CAI) suggest to use CANWPA.nlm and CANWPABD.nlm.
Go to their support knowledgebase to sort all this out and match it with your hardware. "
Anyone knows anything about these nlm's?
Could they solve my problem?
Thanx, Danko
