LTT
I have a Compaq ML 530 server running a HP DLT VS80 internal drive that developed a problem. The backups were running very slowly.
I tried to install LTT but I got an error as in the attached screenshot just after the 'publishing product information' notice
Does anyone know how to resolve this problem.

Re: LTT
I'll base my answer on a couple of assumptions. 1) If you are running a windows operating system, disable removable storage manager and any backup services in the "services" module. 2) If you are running a 3rd party backup software, increase the blocksize to 64k

Re: LTT
From the screenshot, it looks like the installation did not complete. At that point LTT has not even began to run, so I don't think there would be any conflicts due to RSM or your backup software.
Were your running as administrator?
Does the problem reproduce?
Which OS are you running on?
The journey IS the reward.
