Of course LTT supports the MSL2024!

Other possibilities are the web frontend, USB or even FTP - see the Users guide.

LTT does support MSL 2024. What is the error you get ? Did you try using the Guided troubleshooting available for MSL in HP Business Support Center website ?

Robotic arm error

B2 03

I have update the firmware MSL2024 ver 3.0 to 5

and tape 1840fc firmware H31 to H61 through Command view MSL


but is still

L&TT not show MSL 2024, warranty is expired.

It could be a Hardware issue than firmware. You should be able to explore more under guided troubleshooting link above (section - Can't detect library and/or drive )

As per the error code B2 03 please find the following,

Error B2 - Communication to robot from library controller failed

03 - Error motor initialization

Solution: * Update library firmware to the latest version
* Power-cycle the unit and retry the operation


Have you power cycled the unit after the firmware upgrade?

If still issue persists log a call with HP.
