MSL 5026 SL dual drives

Drive 2 has twice in two days left a tape sticking part way out. Would this be a picker problem, or a bad tape drive? (or something else). THanks

Could be any of the above, including the media. The first item to check is the firmware, ensuring that the robotics is at 4.23 and BOTH drives are at V75.
I would also run diagnostics from within the library menu, (menu\diagnostics\inventory and maybe cartridge cycle)
