How to Fix MSL2024 User Lock

Hello @Phasez ,

1. Access the OCP on the front panel of the MSL2024.

2. By default, the administrator password is unset (all digits are null)

3. To set or reset the administrator password, go to Configuration > SetAdmin Password

4. Enter a new password to secure administrative functions.

5. With the administrator password set, you can access and modify user functions that were previously locked.
