OK. Disconnecting the NSR from the network has corrected the TLB Load Exception Type: 02 error.
Checked the event log on the router, no errors of any type since, the NSR disconnect.

Stuart,
Do you know if you have any network security scanning software of other type of network based monitoring that might be accessing the NSR?
If so, you might look at excluding the NSR IP from the application.
If you can identify a specific application that is causing the NSR TLBs we can investigate it.

Have not been able to determine if any network monitoring software is affecting the NSR.
The solution for now is to disconnect it from the network.
