MSL6060 Library status not back to normal after open library door

MSL6060 Library status not back to normal after open library door

I have the issue with MSL6060. My problem is that after I open library door via mail slot access or magazine access the status of library in web management will present as library door open for around 30 minutes and I cannot manage the library. During that time I still can manage library via the front panel.

Does anyone know anything that might be the cause?

Try disable SNMP notification in setup menu. That is the reason it take a long time before I can manage library.
