New problem with dat40

Good Morning
Since monday I Have a problem with a dat40 device. It doesn't backup. The system event reports some errors during the backup. Event ID: 7 and Event ID:116.
Maybe the unit has broke up???

Could be bad tapes? Try using some new tapes if you haven't already done so.
